Let me tell you about Norma! I was in need of someone to get my baby dreads of 4 months in order. My hair wouldn’t lock in spots and it looked a hot mess and I even contemplated cuttingoff my hair. I found Norma’s advertisement on Kijiji and called her instantly. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and she came to my home on time. Norma makes you feel comfortable like you have been friends for years. She knows dreadlocks and I felt like I was in safe hands because she also has dreads. I generally don’t write reviews but in this instance I would recommend anyone wanting to start, maintain, or repair dreads to give Norma a chance. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed.
